Love Kosova is the first adult store in the Balkans to have a WEEE Recycling policy.

Basically, under European Environmental regulations (WEEE) every retailer that sells you an electronic product is required to help assist in its responsible disposal.

Products that aren't responsibly disposed leak toxins into our environment harming surrounding humans and wildlife.

This is a huge problem in Kosovo.

Love Kosova truly loves Kosovo, for this reason, we are taking action on this issue by providing a complementary responsible recycling service to our customers.

A few terms and conditions:

• This service only applies to products purchased through Love Kosova.
• Proof of purchase required.
• Delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
• Any products received in an unsanitary or soiled state will be refused and returned to sender.

Habitual recyclers will be rewarded at our discretion.

All packaging sent out to customers is also recyclable. Please check with your local authority for information of where to responsibly dispose these items.
